Terms of Use

Song Booth is operated by Hong Marketing Inc. (DBA: Havlek). Using the app means agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the app.

Song Booth turns your words into songs using third-party AI music models. Generation depends on those providers: it can fail, take longer than expected, or change as their models change. A generation that fails is not counted against you.

There is no sign-up. Your library and purchases are tied to an anonymous identifier your device creates. Your songs and albums are backed up by our service; keep the app installed on the device you purchased with to keep the connection to your subscription.

Only submit lyrics and prompts you have the right to use. Don't attempt to imitate a real artist's voice or likeness, and don't use the service to create content that is unlawful, hateful, or deceptive.

We never clone voices, and we don't accept uploaded audio.

You may use the songs you generate for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the provider whose model generated them. We claim no ownership of what you make.

Making a song public shows it to anyone with the link and may feature it in Explore. You can make it private again at any time. We may remove public content that breaks these terms or the law.

Song Booth Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple: weekly, or yearly. The price and period are shown before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your device's App Store subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Pro plans include the Pro-model song allowance shown on the plan you choose; standard models are not metered. Unused allowance from paid periods carries forward as described in the app.

A limited number of free songs is included without a subscription, and may change.

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to bypass limits or payment, no reselling access, no automated bulk generation, and no interfering with the service or other people's use of it.

Features, models and providers can change or be withdrawn as the underlying services change. We work to keep your library available, but the app is provided as-is, without warranties, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid for the service.

You can stop using Song Booth at any time; deleting your songs removes them for good. We may suspend use that violates these terms.
